LibertyLandUSA was initially planned in 2019 by a group of Rapid City volunteers. The development had zoning approval in 2022 and was passed TWICE by the Rapid City Council in 2025. It’s now up to us, the citizens of Rapid City to join together and do the heavy lifting for our children’s future.
